We stayed at this Hampton for 2 nights a few weeks back and loved everything about our stay. The staff was great, the room was awesome we had a king study with sofabed, microwave, fridge and so much more. The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. It was nice having the couch and coffee table it gave us room to play Dominos on the coffee table. Plus having the fridge we could have some beverages during our Dominos games. It was cool being so close to the Mall of America. We will be staying there again.

We stayed here three nights in September and were a little disappointed. The double room we stayed in was too small for a family of four. The back of the office chair hit the edge of one of the beds when you sat in it. It was impossible for more than one person to cross the room at a time. We asked the staff upon checkin if they had anything a bit bigger and was told that they did not...and we would have to pay the difference if they did! I was shocked that a brand new Hampton wth "Suites" in the name would have such small rooms as their standard. I've stayed in dozens of Hamptons before and had never had such a small room. Breakfast choice and quality was good (one lady there ran it each day and did a good job). The pool was nice and the soundproofing did work (Only rarely did we hear the slightest noise, yet you could see the planes landing from our window). The hotel is right around the corner from Mall of America, but they didn't have much in the way of coupons or brochures for it. I had trouble with wireless internet and had to use the wired connection. This Hampton is better suited for business travelers, not families. As for the room size, one or two people max. I'm not sure how they fix this problem. An extra foot or two would have made this a more pleasant stay.

We spent 1 night that proved to be a pleasant one. The rooms were extremely clean and pleasantly decorated. In a great location...long walk to Mall of America but we used the complimentary shuttle. The hotel staff was extremely accomodatng. The hot breakfast offered variety from bagels, biscuits and toast to cereal, yogurt and pre-made eggs (so-so) and sausage patties. All in all....it was a great buy and I recommend it for business and vacation travelers.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly. We stayed in a standard room which was a bit small for a family of 4, but worked just fine for a one night layover. Great location within walking distance of the Mall of America (hotel also has shuttle). It is VERY close to the airport, but we only heard airport noise once during our stay. We will definitely be back.
