I would like the Hilton employees to know that from the moment that we arrived until the moment that we departed, we were amazed by efficiency of the entire staff and their warm, friendly attitude. Our room was exactly what we had made arrangements for. The bed was inviting and the bathroom and the rest of the room was very clean and well arranged. My husband and I arrived on May 3 and were greeted by a charming young lady...M. We were immediately escorted to the reservation desk where we were welcomed and our check-in was taken care of immediately. We were taken to our room on the 12th floor by a pleasant gentlemen who familiarized us with the Executive Lounge, our room... and gave us information about the hours of serving breakfast and the cocktail hours in the lounge. The men that were "serving" us were charming. J and T knew us and our preferences after the first evening. The view of the city was lovely and the entire atmosphere was calm and relaxing. We had dinner in the dining room and Jeanne took very good care of us during our excellent dinner. J also remembered our names when we returned once again to dine on one of the following evenings. The housekeeping staff was excellent and provided us with "extras" that travelers enjoy. V was especially friendly and considerate. This is an excellent hotel and one that we will return to every opportunity that we have in the Minneapolis area.

From meeting us at the airport through our departure, everyone was friendly and helpful. When we missed the shuttle bus and asked about getting a taxi, they sent the shuttle back to take us. I was so surprised. The front desk clerk suggested a tour guide. We were very pleased with our private tour. She was also helpful letting us know about the rail and downtown. The female manager was also ready to answer questions and help. All of the shuttle drivers were very polite and accomodating. Great experience! Would definitely stay there again.

10/23/2008Overall hotel was clean and nice. during our stay it was a convention of students association and they were very noisy. went down to the bar one evening for coktails ...
Overall hotel was clean and nice. During our stay it was a convention of students association and they were very noisy. Went down to the bar one evening for coktails and that place was a zoo. Very pricey, poor service.

just wanted other travelers going to the mall of america or the bloomington mn area that this was the best hotel by far that my family has ever stayed at will go back for years to come. Not only was the staff very friendly and knowledgeable but the hotel was very clean--the maintenace staff was pressure washing the drive outside of the front entrance which i have never seen another hotel do before. The swimming pool and the 2 hotubs were always clean and spotless. loved it thank you the crepeau family
