not recommendable hotel find another one
06/08/2010We reserved 2 rooms and 2 weeks in advance but when we get there, there's no room what we requested only one is available you know you came from ...
we reserved 2 rooms and 2 weeks in advance but when we get there, there's no room what we requested only one is available you know you came from another states guys you need some rest. you must record your conversation because they said there''s a FREE breakfast but when you get there they will say they don''t have a free break. I talked to the manager D and asked me to whom did i talked with,I say C from reservation and he said there's no employee name C. they will ask your email address for confirmation number but they will not send it until you called again. i ask D if he can play the voice prompt regarding our conversation about the free breakfast and he told me that he has no access to that. what a manager.. one more thing the room key you should always go down to reactivate from the front desk what a hassle. and lastly the bathroom shower you can hear it from the other room its really loud. so it''s up to you guys if you want to stay in this hotel just a reminder.

Check in was a little long, there was only one person working at the front desk. Walking by later there was still only one person and about 6-7 people in line. The room was apparently a handicapped room which was fine but the shower only had a hand held shower head which was inconvenient. There was only 1 light in the bathroom so it was very dark and the heat light was by the sink not the shower. The sink was also very small for such a large bathroom. The view was great and the airport noise was minimal. The bar was nice but too busy for the two waitresses so it took a long time to get drinks. Room service was very fast however. Parking was free in the parking ramp however hotel guests end up parking on top which was very frustrating because it was raining and there were large puddles everywhere, hard to roll your luggage through. The decor was very nice and modern but the pillows were small and the bed was very firm. Very close to mall and easy to find. Overall a satisfied visit just disappointed in little things.

Made our reservation in advance, when we arrived they had to check to see if a room was ready. Was travelling with two infants. We received a new room on a different floor, could not get to the ninth floor as they negected to tell us it was a "Prioity floor" and you needed to use your key to activate ninth floor button. Our new room had dust webs on the ceiling corners, abd the bathtub drain was not hooked up. When trying to find out how to get to the ninth floor desk clerks were not that helpful and should have informed us when the change was made.

I would stay at this hotel again, but the elevators are really messed up. They did not stop and the proper floors half the time and I got stuck on one of them for a good 2 minutes trying to get off. If you were in a hurry.... better take the stairs if you want a great cardio workout, we were on the 6th floor of 13.
